Property related to hotel services is also exempt from property tax. Additionally, the investor is exempted from the obligation to pay the building permit fee. In order to receive these benefits, it is necessary to invest at least one million GEL in the construction of a hotel.
The investor must build a mid-range or high-class hotel and ensure its operation. The goverment, at its own expense, will provide the supply of the appropriate infrastructure and communications to thehotel building, as well as landscaping of the territory within reasonable limits.
